pi·sci·vore – noun: a fish-eating animal

I’m Ryan, born and raised in a run-of-the-mill suburban environment where fish don’t have heads. With a love for all things involving the ocean, I moved to San Francisco shortly after college and never looked back.

I was driven to find fresher, more credible seafood, so I naturally took up fishing only a couple of years ago. Now an obsession, I have spent countless hours on the water, at home researching, and cooking fish since then.

This site covers my pursuits in all of those items, along with some awareness and insight into how anyone can help keep fish abundant and healthy for you.
